iPhone 14 screen replace

I try to replace it but the screen won’t come out at all. I seen people online and I hear it to the point where it’s hot and when I use a razor to try and pry it open it doesn’t budge, I tried to pull it out with a silicone pull thing but still doesn’t work it barely budges. Any help?
