I'm looking for commission-only salespeople / closers who can sell B2B services.

This isn't a "send 500 emails and hope something happens" role.

You'll be selling an existing, clearly packaged offer to businesses that already have a reason to invest in pipeline.

Who I'm looking for

You'd probably be a good fit if you:

• Have sold B2B SaaS, agencies, marketing services, consulting, or other high-ticket services
• Know how to run a discovery call
• Can handle objections without sounding scripted
• Are comfortable selling to founders / CEOs
• Can prospect and create your own opportunities
• Actually like sales

Location doesn't matter.

Compensation

Commission only.

The exact structure will depend on your experience and whether you're sourcing or closing the deal.

The upside is uncapped.

For example, closing:

2 × $5k/mo clients = $10k in new MRR
5 × $5k/mo clients = $25k in new MRR

So I'm looking for people who'd rather have a large upside tied directly to what they close than a fixed salary.

I'm not looking for someone who needs a manager telling them what to do every morning.
