Help with Volbeat spawn and multiple habitats search

Hello!
Been trying to spawn Volbeat for almost a week now, but nothing. Then i realised, could it be it spawned somewhere else, where it happens to be a suitable habitat for them and not where i manually put it down?

Is there a way to search for "active" habitats (as in where there's shuffling grass) in the maps ? I flew around and found nothing but i can see it being maybe on a ridge somewhere, since it's just 4 wildflowers near a river in WW.
