Dead cat of heartbreak?

Soooo I barely slept last night and I was thinking abt some saac stuff. If your the lost would you rather have heartbreak (Essentially 9 in-room revives + some damage) or dead cat? (9 previous room revives + guppy progress)Its really interesting, because it honestly depends on if you have a build great for normal rooms and not as great for bosses, or a build that is a boss killer but you will probably die to a spider. I personally prefer heartbreak because lost has mantle already, but if I was T. lost with death certificate or something id take dead cat.
