Anyone have pc fixes for fps/performance?

Just like the remastered, the sinking City 2 feels very unoptimized. My pc can run pretty much every newer game but sometimes I have to tweak the settings. I got the early access version and was able to play a couple hours. Low fps and some stuttering were making me enjoy my time less. If anyone knows a good fix please leave it in the comments. Game seems awesome thanks.
