Im so tired of this
It’s been over a year and I’m so done with this. Out of the blue one day with no history of migraine I started with veryigo and dropped to the floor. Since then it’s been non stop. Some days I have more of a headache than others but there’s always head pain. other days is more vestibular symptoms. Some days I loose function of my limbs. This past month I’ve had two days where it hasn’t been that bad. I haven’t had a single day where I’ve been symptom free since this started. I’m mostly house bound, laying down in dark rooms. I can’t work, I can’t look after my children, I can’t drive. Some days I can’t even think straight enough to have conversations. I’m on two preventatives and whilst its lessened some symptoms it’s still effecting every part of my life. Activity makes it so much worse. Neuro has diagnosed me with chronic migraine, but they’ve found instability in my cervical spine that the nhs won’t touch, not even physios (including private ones). I’m so tired of being like this, is this going to be my life from now on? I don’t know what to do other than exist, rotting away.
Has anyone being like this and come out the other side? I’m about to try Botox, I already take propananol and Atogepant. Triptains don’t really work for me. I suppose I’m looking for some success stories here on how to manage this and regain some control over my life. I’m sorry for the winge, I’m just feeling so deflated.
