Company doesn’t have budget for another employee

I’m drowning in work and told management I need another hand. I ask my manager regularly for priorities but 5 more things come in during the day that need to get done and asking about priorities if becoming a full time done. I’m trying to not let it get to me because I can only do what I can but it’s starting to.

I was also hired as a junior and there was talks about getting me a senior but I don’t think that will ever happen
