need advice stuck with a dead gpu

hello i bought a pc about a year ago just 2-3 months ago i upgraded my rx 5500 xt for a rx 6700 iam 16y so i saved up for half a year. just 2 months ago the card started to face thermal cycling problems(pc stops sending display while sounds play through the speakers fans running) the problem happened randomly and unfortunately the card was not under warranty so it could not be replaced. for 2 months it was shipped back and forth to karachi for repairs still not repaired. now i have a dead rx 6700 that cost me 70k pkr and saved up money for half a year and i dont have enough money to buy a new one please give some suggestions on what to do
