Used Toyota Corolla Hybrids

I'm in the market for a Toyota hybrid and a local used car dealership has two available. Both have clean records, regular maintenance, and one owner.

1. 2021 Corolla Hybrid LE - 76k miles. Asking price $19,495.

2. 2023 Corolla Hybrid XLE - 157k miles. Asking price $17,745.

When it comes to used hybrids, I'm aware that age generally trumps over mileage. In this case, we're looking at a 2-year age difference, but a large difference in mileage. I'm leaning towards the 2023 model, but not entirely sure. Which one do you think is the better purchase?
