Tenancy takeover asap £138 pppw - Lenton

Hello, I’m looking for someone to take over my housemates tenancy. You’d be living with 2 girls aged 20 and 21 going into third year. The property is 3 bed and 2 bath and you’d be sharing a bathroom with one person. Rent is £138 pppw excluding bills ( bills are paid to unihomes monthly and are £30 pppw).

The property has a shared kitchen, dining and living space. It also had a garden and a parking spot.

We are looking for someone preferably female and if you wish to know more about the property drop me a dm and I can send pictures as well!

Thanks :))
