sixth form question

A lot of sixth forms require you to start four A levels in year12 and potentially drop one for year13 if I’m correct. When you get your predicted grades, does the fourth predicted subject (that you are dropping) have to be included in your UCAS application? (Or at all). So theoretically speaking could I get away with getting something like AAAU in mocks and not have the fourth considered?
