Help starting day care

Hi! First time mom. My baby it’s going to day care and sadly for more than 10 hours because of my work. They want me to bring the bottles ready to drink. I’m pumping at work but not enough for the next day so I want to use my frozen milk. It’s ok for me to defrost it and get it in bottles ready for the day? I hear I need to use it in the next two hours after defrost so I’m thinking I’m not able to bring that milk. What do you all do? Anyone else with the same situation? Help and educate a very confuse mom please.
