Should I start now or wait?

Hi everyone, I am completely new to The Elder Scrolls Online. I’ve been hearing a lot of buzz about massive upcoming updates to the game, specifically the new Solo Dungeons system and the overhaul to hybrid combat and gameplay.

Could someone briefly explain what the biggest changes are? More importantly, as a brand new player, is it better to wait until these updates fully drop, or should I jump in and start playing right now?
