2026 CX5 last problem resolved

Thought that I would share this in case anyone else has this issue.

When using Android Auto I could not adjust climate controls in the car by saying hey Google.

It was trying to adjust my home instead of the car. I tried everything that googling returned as potential problems insuring any potential connection between my phone and Google home was turned off. I finally deleted my google home because I dont use it. Still it would ask me if I wanted to connect to Google home when adjusting the cars climate with a hey Google voice commamd.

Finally exasperated at some point I noticed I didn't switch to Gemini from Google and said, hey why not. Switched to Gemmini, and everythincommand.

Maybe this is obvious to everyone else but it v was elusive to me. Now everything works.
