Still no volunteering update?

Hey lads, wondering would anyone know what the story is as im getting worried now,

I applied to volunteer with Clan events, they accepted me and I paid the €365 bond.Got an email saying they'd sent updates/add me to their group chat etc for it.

Still haven't got any info?? Is this normal for them? Cheers!
