Calling US numbers from Armenia

Anyone knows a good service/app that lets me call US numbers and have crystal clear call quality?

I've tried everything and the sound is still choppy.

Internet speed, ping, jitter are all decent

I know I can call from Armenian sim but I specifically need my number to be US
