How do I get my account back?

I unfortunately lost my account because it was saved on a guest account and I didn’t secure it, I sent one of those recover my account emails to Big Bubble but idk how long it’s gonna take and if they’ll even give my account back or not. Any suggestions or am I just better off restarting completely everything?
