**Are you an adult female with ADHD or strong ADHD traits?**

You are invited to participate in an online MSc Psychology research study examining how real-world social camouflaging (masking) impacts daily working memory performance and cognitive fatigue.

**Who Can Participate?**

• Adult females aged 18 or older.

• Formally diagnosed with ADHD OR strongly self-identify with ADHD traits.

• Currently engaged in full-time employment or university education.

• Access to a laptop/computer/smart phone with a stable internet connection.

**What Does the Study Involve?**

The study takes place across a single day on the Gorilla online testing platform:

1. Morning Session (\~10–12 mins): Complete a brief questionnaire and a visual 2-Back working memory task.

2. Evening Session (\~10 mins): Complete the same 2-Back working memory task at the end of your workday/social engagements.

**By participating, you will be making a highly valuable contribution to the neurodivergent community. ADHD masking—especially in adults and women—is a heavily under-researched topic. Your data will directly help us build objective, real-world evidence of the daily mental toll and "brain drain" that masking takes.**

**Ultimately, we hope the findings of this study can be used to raise awareness about ADHD burnout and push for better, more supportive environments in both workplaces and universities.**

**Thank you!**
