Got Permanently Banned From ARC Raiders After Only 2–3 Solo Games… Need Advice

Pretty confused right now. I got a permanent ban from ARC Raiders even though I only played the game for maybe 2–3 short solo sessions months ago. Haven’t touched it since, and it’s not even installed anymore.

Support keeps giving me the same generic response about “gameplay patterns not aligning with normal use” and “unfair advantage,” but won’t tell me when it happened, what triggered it, or how it’s even possible when I played solo.

To make things weirder, my motherboard died in Feb 2026 and I had to wipe my whole system. ARC Raiders was never reinstalled after that. If their anti‑cheat flags hardware changes, maybe that’s what happened?

I’ve never cheated in any game, never been banned anywhere, and now I’m permanently locked out with zero explanation.

Has anyone else had a false ban like this or dealt with Embark’s anti‑cheat? Any advice would help.
