Carol hate

I’m currently rewatching TWD and hoping to stick with it this time lol. The furthest i’ve made it was to whatever episode it is when rick goes missing( i think season 8 or 9) but never made it much past that. My hate for Carol has been renewed. Maybe hate is a strong word but i definitely didn’t like how when her kid went missing she didn’t do anything other than cry and complain really. I always felt she should’ve been the first one to run off and look for sophia. why is everyone else risking their life to find her and shes just sitting around crying? she didn’t even risk her own life for her kid but had the nerve to be mad at rick cause he couldn’t find her? i’m not sure if that was intentional or not but that never sat right with me. Like i said ive made it to around season 9 before so i know who carol becomes lol so i know she’s not this “helpless old woman” for long.
