I have a soft spot for smaller airports that have some kind of personal connection or are simply fun to fly into.

Mine is **LELL – Sabadell Airport** near Barcelona. I live close by and I’ve flown from there several times in a real Cessna, including flights over Barcelona, so it’s one of those airports I always enjoy coming back to in the sim.

It’s also a fun little challenge. The runway is only **3,442 ft (1,049 m)** long, so it definitely feels different from arriving at a huge international airport.

Another one I really like is **LESU – Andorra–La Seu d’Urgell Airport**. I’ve visited it by car but never actually flown there in real life. It’s this cute little airport surrounded by mountains, and the approach in the sim is beautiful but definitely keeps you paying attention. 😄

These are exactly the kinds of airports I like saving and coming back to — not necessarily the famous ones, but places that have a story, an interesting approach or are simply fun to discover.

**What’s yours?**

Give me a smaller or lesser-known airport I’ve probably never heard of. I’d love to add a few new places to my list and maybe fly to some of them. ✈️🌍

What’s your favorite airport that most people probably don’t know? ✈️
