Just started HRT & Spiro… timeline?

Hi. I’m pretty uneducated on the whole process of estrogen therapy and actually beginning my process of transition. What can I expect throughout the next few weeks/months/years? I have researched quite a bit but would love to hear some personal experiences. I’m also looking for ways I can appear and feel more feminine since I still look like a male. Thanks :) [22mtf]
