Currently planning my exit plan from USPS. Need advice.

I am looking for another career where I can be there long term and make good money with good benefits. I passed my department of corrections test and also got a conditional job offer to be a bus operator. Which one of these would be the better choice. BTW I am a mail carrier and I am tired of dealing with the heat and management at my particular office.
