Does anyone else intentionally keep their phone away for the first part of the morning?
I've been thinking about how strange our mornings have become.
We wake up and immediately consume other people's thoughts.
Notifications, reels, news, opinions, messages, trends.
Before we've even had a chance to think about what we want from the day, our attention is already somewhere else.
I'm experimenting with keeping the first 20 minutes of the morning completely phone-free.
Not for productivity.
Just to see what happens when my first thoughts of the day actually belong to me.
Does anyone else intentionally keep their phone away for the first part of the morning?
