14-man Non-PPR Pick 1.03 - RB??

Has been impossible for me to find advice given my league is a standard scoring 14-team league.

The consensus everywhere is to take Chase/Puka 3rd after Gibbs/Bijan. Am I crazy for wanting to take a running back 3rd here? By the time I pick next at 26th, all of the normal 2nd round RBs are gone.

Leaning Taylor since it’s non-ppr - thoughts?
