locked outta account :(

heya! wondering if anyone has tips. I had to restart my phone and my 2fa didn’t transfer and neither did my backup codes! I keep trying to reset through instagram but it either “won’t recognize device” or make me do a selfie capture, in which when I do it it says “identity not verified.” (I don’t upload on my account I just use it to save reels) I’ve tried every loophole, resetting password, trying to go through other platforms on which it says “you haven’t used this |blank| long enough. Come back in a while.” Any tips on how to force in? :( or Atleast get through to insta support. I feel really stuck! Thanks :D
