Rescued a MFF situation

A few months ago I (36M) went out to a nice outdoor summer bar, with a friend - really vibey, and within minutes I spotted this really attractive blonde girl with her friend.

I finally plucked up the courage to talk to her, after seeing several guys try and fail, not sure what I said but it worked. She and her friend were training to become doctors, and we all had drinks together. As time went on, I don’t know how, but Becca (F25) and her house mate, started teasing me about a threesome, and started kissing each other right in front of me in the beer garden.

Anyway, I thought I fumbled, as they went back to their hotel alone, but I had her number.

The next morning I was on it, after a few texts I agreed to pick them up and drive them 1.5 hours home rather than them get the train.
