2017 trade-in…worth it?

I have the opportunity to trade in my 2017 with 70k miles for a 2025 with 31k miles…should I do it? I love my 2017, but feeling like I’m at a crossroads where I could either drive it forever or upgrade to the newer one and still enjoy it. Will it be worth it to trade?
