Do I need to Prepare separetely for Private Uni?

Hi people of Dhaka, I'm HSC26 and prepraring for DU admission Test only
And Pretty sure I will sit for Private Uni exams too
Now do will DU prep be enough or I have to do separate prep/course for Private Uni too
