In Duviri, there is an Owl Puzzle near the Citadel to the upper right where the big tower is. I need help completing it.

However, the puzzle requires you to bring the disk to the very top, you drop it when you use the tubular bell and its impossible to throw it that high from the ground. What do you do. Here is a post with the same puzzle but different problem.
