Steam launcher too infinity [bug]

I bought tarkov for this first time and every time I go to load tarkov it starts the launcher and loads seemingly forever ( I left it for 6 hrs) and it dose nothing I’ve tried validating files, deleting files, clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, installing the stand alone launcher yet no dice. I have no idea what the issue may be.

TIA
