25+ swollen lymph nodes EVERYWHERE

Hello! 25 female 5'6 160lbs and taking vyvanse but that's it. 4 months ago I was getting little sections of petechia so decided to visit my dr blood test was normal. It went away all was good. Then 2 months ago I did a follow up and the day after 2 lymph nodes swole up one in each armpit. I had never had swollen nodes before so i was shocked they hurt but these were the only ones that ever hurt.
I got some antibiotics but they kept coming back. So starting 2 months ago my amount of lymph nodes has multiplied majorly. I have I'm guessing 25-30+ lymph nodes in all regions of my body including neck, chest, small one on collar bone, armpits, arms, one on elbow crease, many in groin, breast, inner thigh/ lower stomach, and behind knee!! They're everywhere! No pain with any of these just the first two armpit ones.
I went to my dr got a blood test and everything came back normal CBC, inflammatory markers, mono, lupus, cmv, rheumatoid arthritis, ect. Everything was perfect blood work.
Now it's been 2 months I have an appt in a few days with my PCP for a follow up but am unsure if everything is okay. I'm starting to get worried.
Only other symptoms are I've been getting these hot flashes that I thought was my vyvanse but comes with fever. Once every 2-3 days l'll get a hot flashe and took my temp and it's been 101 for like 20 minutes. What do we think is going on? Is this a concern?? And tbh how concerned should I be?
UPDATE: I took another round of antibiotics no change now after 3 months did a chest CT all inner nodes aren’t swollen but found breast mass that I knew about previously it has slightly grown over 3 years but I’m not concerned. But why are the nodes still all swollen😭 I want an ultrasound on the nodes
