USA Alcohol Might Be Sold Again in Canadian Provinces?

so what are your thoughts on the possible of the USA Alcohol being sold again in most of the provinces? is this a case of the our FEderal Government , "kissing the ring" or just a good way to get the usa to stop some of the tariffs and save some CAnadian business? or a bit of both? what are your thoughts?
