TTC - T3/T4 levels… do they matter if ‘in range’

Does anyone know if there are ‘ideal’ t4/t3 levels for ttc?

My latest test results are as follows:

T4: 8.4 (7.8 -18)

T3: 6 (3.1-6.8 )

TSH: 1.4 (0.27-4.2)

Although in range, the T4/T3 seem quite low/high in the range - does it matter?
I have read that T4 should be in the upper half of the range but also that if TSH is ok that’s ok.
