Bloodwork

So, I absolutely go to the doctor to check up on shit. But it's been about 2 years...my labs were normal with slightly elevated enzymes but I had been out the night before---

I found a new primary care doctor (vs going to an Nurse Practitioner at my OBGYN and asking her to send in bloodwork), And I definitely know there's damage lol. How blunt are you guys with your doctors about drinking?
