This IG Video with Laughing Teens is A Cautionary Tale of Legal Tech
"One further observation about where litigation itself is heading. There is a widely shared clip of two AI voice assistants on a phone call, neither able to hang up, because each keeps asking the other whether there is anything else it can help with. It is a joke — and it is also a reasonably accurate picture of disputes in which both sides have AI at their disposal. Attrition used to end litigation: one party ran out of money, time, or arguments. That limit is disappearing on both sides of the "v." A dispute like this one will not end because either party exhausts the other; it will end when one of the parties decides to end it. With this letter, I am volunteering to go first."

When the phone says "Let the whimsey flow" it's like the OCD vampires in the X files who have to pick up the toothpicks. They can't NOT respond to that.
The elephant in the room is, I believe, how legal cases are going to have this explosion of costs - pro se plaintiffs are going to be able fling, for $100/mo, a sheer quantity of facts that no human can ever keep straight and typical legal software can't organize.
There's a federal case that has 41 docket entries, it's been a year, and the legal team STILL can't MTD it.
