Shbg

Question

I know everyone's optimal level are going to be different. I know "normal" range doesn't always mean anything when Drs say "you are normal".

Is SHBG considered high for any of you? If so, what can that mean for me in this journey?

My total T was 26.6 and Free T 4.61. if these numbers are so "good" why do I feel so terrible?

Extreme fatigue, brain fog, not getting anywhere in weight loss or workouts. No longer shaving legs and noticed I also barely sweat which I thought is odd the last couple years. I'm 47 and I've been feeling flat personality and emotions for some time now but I truly believe T is going to help. Just did my first ever of 2, 5mg doses yesterday of 10mg per week. Can't wait to start seeing results!
