BA sizing help

Hey! I have a BA/BL scheduled in 2 weeks and im still contemplating sizing.
I’m going for a natural fuller look but don’t want to look like I have big boobs, just want to look like I have nice boobs
I’m 5’5” 130lb and have lost quite a bit of weight over the last 5 years so I’m deflated. 34 B/A honestly I think my B bra is a little big on me so probably more so an A.

My BWD is 12-12.5cm

My surgeon recommended 300cc mod profile for the look I’m wanting.

My thing is when I tried on the 300cc sizers they just looked so big to me. I tried on 265cc and they looked perfect.

But they explained since I’m going under the muscle that they would appear smaller once they are in. Which wouldn’t want to go less than the 265 looked in the sizers.

So now I’m paranoid about going too big. I’d rather come out with too little rather than too much if I had to choose

Did your sizers turn out accurate or were they larger?

Or should I opt for like 275-285 range in the middle?
