International dental work

Hello;

So I am at a point with my chronic dental issues where I need to consider prosthedontic work outside the US (specifically a fixed denture with implants). I'd appreciate any information/recommendations re: this internationally; I've heard about Mexico and Turkey more specifically. Any insights appreciated.
