American guys who date in Tijuana: what has your experience been with cold approach?

I’m thinking about going down for a couple of days at a time and meeting women in person rather than relying on apps. My Spanish is okay but not great. How receptive are women to Americans approaching them? How common is it to meet women who speak some English?
