Ontario based company acquiring a Quebec target

Hi All, What role would the lawyer advising the buy-side perform for an Ontario based company acquiring a Quebec target. Would a Quebec licensed lawyer draft the Share Purchase Agreement or it could be drafted by the Ontario lawyer? I would appreciate anyone sharing their experience and insights in such a transaction.
