Please help

I just started a new job last Monday and my boss was sick. Then starting last Friday, my throat started to hurt and I developed a cough. Now, I have the same symptoms plus I’m sneezing and can’t taste my food. Also, my ear is starting to hurt. What do I have/will I need antibiotics? I’m concerned because my insurance doesn’t kick in until 9/1.
