CIG honestly.

On one hand, I love the game. But for a specific reason. That being, when it's working, there are so many different things to do.

What drives me nuts is the complete lack of leadership they have over there. It goes beyond it's just a pack of groups with each working within their own silos. Each one breaking the fixes others put in. It's the attitude displayed by their people whenever they are in front of a camera. With the sole exception of Jared, they all strut around with a massive chip on their shoulder. Unwilling to admit failure. The recent 4.8 debacle and the SCL they had after demonstrated it. No one took fault. The most they said was "things happened. Ooopsie." They have no one in that company, besides Jared, who is willing to accept responsibility for their own failures. That's a direct sign of zero actual leadership. Just a bunch of people sniffing their own farts.
