Cerro Grande Meat Market

A mexican meat market opened on the corner of Easton and Hubble, and it's the real deal. I've been looking for a good butcher or meat vendor for years now. Almost all of them are great for stocking a deep freezer, but non of them are a "swing over and pick up dinner" type of meat market. This one is that.

They also have a lot of stuff I don't know what it is or how to cook it (I tried making making jerky out of it but it wasn't good jerky meat). It's labelled in espanol which is a HS class that I failed the first semester twice in.
