Thumbnail & Channel Feedback

Hi y'all! Im fairly new to making long form YouTube videos, I've dabbled on and off from time to time but since April have been consistently posting gaming videos every other week.

I know gaming is a TOUGH market to break into, and I'm not so concerned about views right now, but my CTR is absolutely garbage.

It typically ranges (from my most recent) from 0.7% to 4% at most.

I feel like I'm making decent thumbnails but fail after fail, I think I need some advice.

Would love some feedback on my last few video thumbnails and if you want to get adventurous and provide feedback on my videos I'd love that too!
