Does Meds makes you cold?

I recently move to a more chiller area in my country. I take meds and I palpitate. Recently, I noticed that whenever I feel my heart beats fast, I shiver and I feel cold than usual.

I can take the cold then suddenly not. I thought maybe the temperature went down but I always feel it whenever I take meds. Maybe I'm imagining it? or does anybody experience the same?
