I got burned out from taking care of an infant. Should I get more sim. Or they just make it more overwhelming?

I want to try making a supersim, so I don't want to skip infant stage.

But juggling between work, making money, raising mom's skill, taking care of the child and herself is too much for me to handle.

Should I add another sim or two? Would they help easing the workload or just makes me more overwhelmed?

My plan is to make 2 other sims doing normal jobs and making money. While the mom taking care of the infant full time. What do you think?
