How intense is driving in providence for someone with driving anxiety?

If this sounds like a silly question, please know that I know who I am and I am being very serious 🥲 I just learned I have an event in downtown providence (it’s right where it says downtown providence on google) on a weekday in September that I have to go in person for. I’ll be driving from central CT but this question pertains to driving in the city itself. I truly do not like driving and I try to avoid in city areas and with the aforementioned driving anxiety I am trying to come up with a game plan right now and figure out how driving is like in downtown providence to see if I would be able to handle the driving, or would rather park somewhere less busy and uber to my event.

How is driving in downtown providence? To give you an idea of my driving anxiety, I’ve driven in Hartford and New Haven a few times and I would not do it unless it is absolutely necessary.
