LKG boy physically Assaulted

Hey people, I don't belong to this sub just looking for news related to a Kindergarten boy beaten and threatened by a teacher and unfortunately had a cardiac arrest due to fear. I'm only seeking information around it. What exactly happened? Why was the boy undressed? Is there teacher arrested?
