What is Parade Day worth to people here?

Just got going in the game recently on here and might be trading for am extra one or two. What's a fair offer thats not 1:1? Maybe 2:1? Or 9 stars? Not doing crazy amounts of ingredients either if I'm trading for two cards. What do you guys think?
